Science. Las Cruces: 2001. Vol. 1, Iss. 4; pg. 60, 20 pgs
Abstract (Article Summary)
Mills and Ryan focus on Catholic women's religious orders and relate the legacy
of their evolution, and the external forces which shaped them, to the present
crises being experienced in such organizations. The authors draw conclusions
not only for women inside Catholic religious orders, but for the understanding
of management and organizing in general, among other things.
